This class meets the NAR requirement. Agents are required to take Fair Housing every 3 years. This course is instructed by Rochelle Houghton and will provide 4 CE Credits.

Fair Housing for All is an in depth look at how Fair Housing impacts our business.  This course provides examples of the moments in our businesses where issue could arise.  Topics to be covered include Fair Housing, Contract Law, Ethics, Leadership/Professional Development, MT Licensing Laws and Rules, Risk Reduction, and Real Estate Law.
