Description

Addendums and Beyond will be instructed by Angela Klein-Hughes and Terri Welborn. 

Deepen the understanding of properly completing addendums, learn when they are to be used, and explain them properly. Categories include solar panels, compensation addendums, inspection, contingency, amendment vs addendum, backup offers, terminations and releases, counteroffers, inspection negotiations, site-unseen, septic, and water rights.
