This mandatory course satisfies Montana's education requirement for brokers seeking a Supervising Broker Endorsement. Participants will gain an understanding of the legal responsibilities, supervisory duties, risk management practices, and compliance requirements necessary to effectively oversee licensed agents and brokerage operations in accordance with Montana law and administrative rules. As always, there will be lots of discussion and storytelling. Angela is a practicing Supervising Broker and gives real world scenarios and best practices.
