In this course, we will be discussing tips on how to create a smooth close of escrow, initially focusing on key borrower/buyer education topics, and direction on how to understand the thoroughness of the loan pre-approval you are working with (and it’s limitations). The second half of the course will focus on understanding the different types of loans and how to work with them as an agent during escrow, mainly discussing the key differences between FHA and Conventional loans when it comes to home appraisal requirements.
