Kathy Olsen from Yellowstone Conservation District, DNRC, will be our speaker, joined by Heidi Christison.

For the last four years, Heidi has been in Helena as the Regional Operations Manager for the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, Water Resources Division, working with the eight regional offices across the state. She started her career with DNRC as a Compliance Technician in Kalispell in 2004. Since that time, she has processed ownership updates, groundwater certificates, permits and changes as well as educating the public and professionals through our processes. Heidi always look forward to educating others on water rights and look forward to having a conversation.
