New Member Orientation is a full-day, interactive introduction to everything the Billings Association of REALTORS® (BAR) has to offer — and an essential first step in making the most of your membership. This orientation is designed to set you up for success by giving you a clear understanding of who we are, what we do, and how we support you throughout your career.

During orientation, you’ll learn how BAR serves its members, explore the many committees and volunteer opportunities available, and discover how getting involved can expand your network and strengthen your professional voice. The day also covers critical industry topics, including Professional Standards, Fair Housing, and MLS orientation, ensuring you start your membership informed, compliant, and confident. You’ll also hear directly from BAR leadership about our mission, values, and vision for the future.
