YPN’s Real Talk is a relaxed, informal meetup for REALTORS® and Affiliates to connect, share, and have honest conversations about the real estate industry. This month, we are inviting current, future, and former BAR leaders to share a brief, three-minute overview of their leadership journey, including: ~What inspired you to step into leadership ~The pathway you took to get there ~How leadership has benefited you personally or professionally ~What serving in BAR, MAR, or NAR leadership is really like ~How other members can begin their own leadership journey This will not be a formal panel or presentation—just honest, encouraging stories from members who have experienced leadership at different levels. After everyone shares, we’ll enjoy casual conversation and socializing, giving attendees an opportunity to ask questions and connect with our leaders. Real Talk is a space where professionals can step away from structured meetings and dive into real-life topics—whether that’s navigating market shifts, building relationships, overcoming challenges, or celebrating wins. No presentations, no pressure—just authentic discussion, fresh perspectives, and meaningful connections with peers who get it. We’re serving connections, conversation, and good energy.
